Samih Jamal Amarneh, 37, was hit by Israeli forces near Jenin at the start of June.
A Palestinian man succumbed on Saturday to wounds that were inflicted by Israeli forces last week north of the occupied West Bank, according to the Palestinian ministry of health.
Samih Jamal Amarneh, 37, was hit by Israeli gunfire during an army raid in the town of Yabad near Jenin on 1 June that had set out to demolish the home of a Palestinian accused of carrying out a shooting in March that killed five people in the Tel Aviv suburb of Bnei Brak.
In confrontations with the soldiers during the raid, 24-year-old Bilal Kabaha was killed and six others were wounded. Three of them were left in critical condition, including Amarneh.
Israel frequently destroys the homes of individuals it blames for attacks on Israelis.
The practice, which often fuels tensions, has been condemned by critics as a form of collective punishment.
In recent months, Israel has been continuing to conduct regular raids in and around Jenin.
The northern West Bank city, particularly its central refugee camp, is known as a stronghold for a re-emerging Palestinian armed resistance movement.
At least 20 Palestinians have been fatally shot in Jenin by Israeli fire this year, out of a total of over 65 killed in the West Bank and Israel.
